Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Scope
This policy covers purchases of a Panther Barcode Reader for Windows (Windows Personal) license made through this website. Online purchasing is not yet available; this policy will apply once it is.
2. Free Android App
The Android application is free, so there is nothing to refund. You can uninstall it at any time.
3. Windows Personal Refunds
We want you to be able to try Panther Barcode Reader for Windows before you buy, which is why the application is available to download and evaluate first.
If you purchase a Windows license, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no reason required. Duplicate or accidental purchases are refunded in full regardless of timing.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email info@panthersoft.net from the address used for the purchase, and include your order or receipt reference. If a payment provider processes the purchase, a refund may also be requested through that provider where applicable.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your payment provider and bank.
6. Abuse
Refunds may be declined in cases of clear abuse — for example, repeated buy-and-refund cycles, or attempts to keep using a license after a refund.
